All return request must be reviewed and approved by management. If you are having an issue with your order please follow these steps to submit a return request.

**Email us at with your order number, issue description, and pictures if possible. 
** Requests must be initiated no later than 5 days   after you have received your unit. 
** Items prohibited from returns include all accessories, elastic bands, bonnets, and refurbished wigs. 

Due to the nature of our business we do not currently allow exchanges. If you are having issues with your order, please contact our support team for a resolution.Please do research on a wig you are getting by YouTube, checking with your stylist, or google to see how it looks on others.
