Please do research on a wig you are getting by YouTube, checking with your stylist, or google to see how it looks on others.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the products that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or differences. Please be advised every wig remake cannot look exactly the same, especially when it comes to layers or cut styles. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the product or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Please make sure to provide all shipping information correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once they have left our facility. For additional insurance or signature-only delivery, you may contact us directly; be advised that secured deliveries will incur extra charges. Should a package be returned to us for any reason, we will promptly reship it after reconfirming the delivery address.
